With global Islamic rage hitting yet "another" feverish pitch, the American president has "thus far" struck a perfect tone on foreign policy through rational and patient engagement. Faced with too many unknowns to fathom the true players, motives and agendas fueling this irrational mania of Islamic extremes, President Obama rendered a direct and measured response, that may very well have tempered conditions; albeit temporarily.
Understanding the Egyptian President has as many domestic factions to assuage as does he, Barack Obama cooly advised Mr Morsi of his nation's status in the eyes of America and what he could do to solidify the relationship. Hence President Morsi took the appropriate measures to clamp down on the violence while allowing Egyptians to let off steam through peaceful protest.
While this most recent tension is bound to be revisited until "American extremist" use their freedoms of speech more responsibly, fortunately it can be predicted this too shall pass in the weeks ahead. However, as inconvenient this latest religious dustup maybe, it has given the country and the rest of the concerned world an opportunity to glimpse how a Mitt Romney administration would handle a global crisis.
Be it religious fanaticism, economic calamity, or the use of military resources to deal with issues of international conflict, Mitt Romney's only response mode seems to be "Frantic". Watching Mr. Romney's self destruction through continued acts of desperation to appear properly informed, credible, in touch and relevant is now simply humorous. He is the joke we've always thought he'd be.
From his weak little walk (like he has to pee all the time) to his incessant stammering while trying to make sense of his senseless positions, Mr. Romney is proving daily, that America will grant President Obama another 4 year term to "complete" the work he'd been elected for in 2008.
