Issues Under Fire: None!
Every once in a great while, it just seems like there is absolutely nothing worth engaging in. Today is one of those days. We checked around the globe and couldn't find a damn thing of interest to light a fire with.
It's times like this that make working in an alternative environment so attractive. We're we part of America's mainstream media, we'd be forced to fake excitement by hyping the humdrum ho-hum to sell ad space and commercial spots. Now that would suck!
Since the world is obviously stuck in a holding pattern, as it awaits the outcome of the US elections and how close it's economy will come that fiscal cliff, the only real outlet for action is watching the bodies pile up in Syria. And quite frankly even that's becoming a bit of a bore.
Please don't misunderstand, for we're in no way insensitive to the tragic loss of life and the ongoing suffering of the Syrian people. Unfortunately, a solution to Syria's plight is so far removed from current realities, witnessing a nation slowly bleed to death (daily) has a tendency to dull one's senses. Hopefully things will pick up by tomorrow ,but you never know.
In the meantime, we're running a sneak preview of Patterns 1956 starring Van Heflin for our loyal audience today. As always, enjoy and share. Patterns 1956 Starring Van Heflin, is a very telling tale of backstabbing underhanded tactics used to divide and conquer within the executive class of a mega New York corporation. This is dog eat dog at its worst. You'll love it!
