A media feeding frenzy exacerbated by GOP's feigned righteous indignation, is steering the nation's attention adrift from issues most important to the people. We in no way want to downplay or minimize the gravity of the latest onslaught of controversies facing the White House, but its become painfully clear, the vast majority of the noise being generated is for the sole purpose crippling the Obama administration.
Were the people's interest truly the focus of the GOP's tenacious investigations and hearings, they'd spend their time working with the administration to ferret out the assholes. Be they assholes leaking classified data to the press, assholes at the IRS going rogue or some clever asshole in the CIA/State Department covering other assholes with cleverly constructed talking points, we say let the process proceed without all the faux fury. When said assholes are identified and blame has been properly affixed to "the right assholes", hold them accountable by kicking those assholes to the curb.
The nation can hardly afford the wasted time Congressional assholes plan to spend skewing view of the people's top priorities. Congressional assholes have far more important and productive tasks like voting against the Affordable Healthcare Act for a record 39th time.
Most Americans would say the issues facing the Affordable Healthcare roll out deserves more attention. Many more Americans would like to see additional dialog developed over the much delayed American Jobs Act. We also have the dismal prospects for America's Class of 2013 to consider as well as the minimum wages they'll subsist on while their student loans are endlessly deferred.
While Congress goes hog wild investigating serious but not pressing issues, we like many others see this latest media driven circus for what it is and what its worth. Infotainment to fill breaks between commercials.
