U.N. Proves Sarin Gas Used, But Not By Who
We need your help. There is a global mystery to be solved. We don't like mysteries and the mystery of who used chemical weapons in the midst of Syria's raging civil war is a big one.
The fine work just completed by the international inspectors charged with uncovering the truth is to be commended, but stopping short of providing proof of responsibility for the crime leaves the world hanging on a cliff.
Somewhere on this planet, walks people of the lowest calibre, stooping to depths of evil that thankfully few will ever dare. Without knowing for certain who the culprits are and bringing them to justice, how can the world ever know for certain the treat has been neutralized.
At this juncture its not clear who can be trusted to assign blame, but crimes of this nature can not be left to go cold. Failing to complete a full and exhaustive investigation into who was behind the CW attacks for the purpose of political expediency is not an option. No matter where the next and most critical phase of the investigation takes us, its of the utmost importance we go there.
Western powers led by Barack Obama of the United States and surprisingly an emboldened Francios Hollande of France, consistently accused Bashar al-Assad's crews for the use of sarin gas. The Russians, remain steadfast in their assertions, that infiltrating islamist extremist or ("worse") were responsible for the dastardly acts of inhumanity. In the meantime, hard evidence has yet to be publicly presented by either side of the conflict that can pin this on any particular person or persons.
If there are any amateur sleuths about that would like to help out, we invite you to put your thinking caps on, open your mind as wide as you possibly can and consider anyone even remotely involved or interested in the outcome a prime suspect. And by all means, include friends and allies.

Those having understanding how chaotic conditions are in Syria, will have a considerable advantage in narrowing their list of potential culprits. Let your imaginations run amuck and see what you come up with. If not you, who?

Leaving this problem open ended may help accelerate short term negotiation efforts, but it will undoubtedly lead to raging conspiracy theories and rampant speculation. In the absence of a final and irrefutable resolution to this global mystery, no one can really feel safe any place anymore.
