If its true that the world's refugee population harbors as many head cases as hard cases, then one can reasonably conclude, the Palestinian people can't possibly be allowed to leave the confines of the Israeli occupation. Don't be alarmed, it'll all be explained.
It only stands to reason, that the Palestinian refugee has likely developed unique phycological issues related to decades of scrutiny and confinement. The results of surviving unparalleled separation from the world at large and relentless degradation may have done damage that can not be undone!
Crippled physically, mentally and emotionally, the Palestinian refugee may have been damaged beyond repair. The scars suffered and sustained by generations had to have taken a devastating toll on their minds. How anyone could exist under the pressures of constant monitoring, management and policing without cracking is a question to be answered by historians yet to be born.
Having instituted and maintained draconian policies and protocols to ensure total dominance, the so-called State of Israel can never relieve that pressure. The Israelis may have created a colony of monsters they'll have to keep locked up forever.
In their never ending demand for security and acceptance, the Israelis may have crossed an invisible line, that delivered an entire people into some form of insanity. Having generated so much pain and anguish through harsh brutish crackdowns, limiting movements, collective punishment and the arbitrary confiscation of land, the levels of seething hate and animosity that must be festering in the Palestinian's mind should shock on one.
No matter how justified, hate and animosity left unchecked and unresolved for too long can destroy the healthiest of minds, leaving them ripe for irrational and violent outbursts. Well aware the odds are against them, the pressures of being under the foot of a nuclear armed international bully, can get the better of even the most pragmatic of Palestinian. While many manage to cope under the strain and humiliation of occupation by recognizing the authority of the occupying force, the Palestinian majority elected to reject the occupier's very existence.
Firing inaccurate rockets aimlessly into southern Israel, knowing the retribution will be ruthless is, in itself an act of lunacy. With the entire world witnessing daily atrocities and essentially doing nothing to address the blatant inequities and Israel's flouting of international laws, Palestinians still hold out hope that someone will eventually help. After years of disappointment, one would think the Palestinian would realize their is no Calvary coming to the rescue. The calvary rides only for Israel.
Bottom line: Living next door to a blood thirsty maniac has to be a frightening prospect, even if that maniac is of your own making. The best the israelis can do now is hope the world forgets, because they can never let the Palestinian out.
