Israel Wages War Against Humanity
Observing Israel's depraved indifference to human life as its military go about demolishing entire Gaza neighborhoods, communities and the Palestinians living in them, its become evident the escalating violence has devolved into a war against all of humanity. Provided a front row seat to unrestrained savagery, the world is now bearing witness to atrocities that rivals the madness of the worst decades from the 20th century.
Dead bodies strewn in the streets like lifeless rag dolls. Women and children blown to pieces. People slowly bleeding out after being blown to pieces, because first responders and aid workers are blow to pieces trying to rescue people that have been blow to pieces. Bloody rags, dirty bandages, rampant infections, amputees, scarred faces, glassy stares, screams of pain, and streaming tears down bloodied faces is what greets the lucky survivors.
While all would agree what is happing in Gaza is beyond tragic, few in places of power have been obliged to hold Israel accountable for its abominable actions. Save for UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon, most cowardly Western leaders have been willing to give savagery a chance, since seeking peace was never really an option.
Unfortunately most of those same world leaders risk a moral separation from their own populations. Considering many Western leaders are reviled by and out of touch with their constituents, people on the ground are making up their own minds.
Since most open-minded people of conscience have a tendency to side with the underdog, getting the world's masses to tolerate blatant savagery won't be easy. Fighting on all fronts, the Israeli government have its media professionals managing the narrative, while their political professionals are working the halls of the United States Congress, as hard as they're working the Parliament of the European Union.
Thus far, tested "tools" like the White House and the U.S. State Department have played their roles regurgitating prepared pro-Israeli talking points, but it remains unknown if that full-throated support can withstand push-back from those who cling to higher moral and ethical standards.
Bottom line: In the war of words, propaganda and public opinion, the Israeli government is now tasked with convincing the entire world, that savagery is acceptable. If successful in persuading the masses that savagery is the right of any nation to protect itself in the 21st century, then all of humanity will have been irreversibly diminished. This is as bad as it gets.
