Winter Break Programming Continues: Hot Headlines and Box 13
Another episode of Box 13 awaits you below entitled, "Look Pleasant Please" from 1949. However, we'd be remiss in our duties not to acknowledge the crazy headlines being contemplated for the return of Issues Under Fire. "White Trash on the Warpath" is a hot one. Apparently a crew of armed angry White men have taken over a Federal building in Oregon and plan on holding their ground until they've forced the government to yield to their concerns or goad the FBI into confronting them. This story is combustible. Anybody got a match?
And then, there's Saudi Arabia Vs. Iran jumping off big time. Why the United States continue to hang with the Saudis is a hell of a mystery considering their Sunni crews have been the source of most Islamic terror raging throughout the region. Publicly lopping off heads and privately funding Islamic terror, Saudi Arabia is hardly in line with American values.
Why the United States don't cozy up to Iran, whose proven to be far more helpful in counterbalancing the ISIS threat is a mystery to be explored for sure. And we will too! We're thinking the United States is not at liberty to acknowledge Iran's positive impact on the region because the Israelis won't allow any goodwill to develop between Tehran and Washington. This story is incendiary. Anybody wanna light the fuse? If not, we will when we return. Stay tuned!
In the meantime, as promised here's Box 13 starring Alan Ladd as Dan Holiday in Look Pleasant Please. The Details: Sometimes its a good idea to be a little discriminating when soliciting for excitement. When Dan Holiday decides to meet an unknown woman at an undisclosed location with nothing to go on but even more vague of instructions, he shouldn't have been surprised by the bump on the head and the dangerous mystery that followed. Enjoy and share the secrets.
