Issues Under Fire: Donald Trump Compromised!
Now that the whispers, rumors and conspiracies theories of Vladimir Putin's hold over Donald Trump have finally been confirmed, the American people are facing an unprecedented circumstance. The nation has been compromised and corrupted at the highest level of government. The Oval Office has been infiltrated. The United States presidency has been highjacked. A foreign entity is now influencing U.S. domestic and foreign policy. That said, "We the People" are no longer in control. Now that we know there is no American leadership to speak of, the only questions left to be answered is, what can be done about it and who's going to try.
Unfortunately, in a hyper-partisan environment where many Americans hate each other as much as they hate most non-Americans, uniting to liberate the nation from Putin's grip won't be easy. This is going to require cooperation between partisan factions far more comfortable cutting each other's throats than fighting a common foe for the good of the country. We're talking Deep State, Shadow Government and resistance by any means necessary movements working together to do whatever it takes to remove Donald Trump from office. Everyone must be made to see and understand Trump for the unprecedented threat he presents to the country, as well as the unprecedented danger he poses to Democracy. Trump must be stopped and the sooner the better.
Not only has Donald Trump redefined the mainstream media as FAKE NEWS, while undermining the Justice Department, as well as the FBI, but if we're to believe this person calling himself the 45th president, we'd have to believe the United States intelligence community is so incompetent, they got it all wrong. Russia is a friend and not a foe. Either that or every U.S. intelligence gathering agency is conspiring and COLLUDING to perpetrate and perpetuate the biggest lie in U.S. history. They're all working together to pull off a bloodless coup. We'd have to believe another conspiracy theory. A theory Trump will undoubtedly Tweet in the very near future if the noose tightens enough. On the other hand, that theory could turn out to be a self-fulfilling prophecy, because the Deep State or Shadow Government will have to step up in the interest of national security. With billions in annual funding, I'm confident, they'll find a way to mitigate the damage before Trump has destroyed the country from the inside out.
Domestically, Donald Trump has unleashed decades of pent-up racism and White supremacy into the nation's narrative. The infighting fomented by racial and ethnic divides, along with special interest and politics, those being stoked regularly with incendiary Tweets designed to keep warring factions so focused on the enemies they perceive, they'll scarcely notice the Reds hiding under their beds. Why would anybody pay attention to the Russians when Americans are being told the United States is being overrun by rapists, murders, drug dealers and MS-13 gang members from south of the border. We should be busy building a wall, not worrying about some senseless Witch hunt.
Internationally, in less than a few weeks Donald Trump has nearly destroyed alliances with the G-7, strong-armed NATO for more funding commitments and attacked the European Union. He called out Teresa May of the United Kingdom for ignoring his suggestion to sue the E.U. over Brexit and savaged Angela Merkle of Germany personally, calling her a willing captive of Russia. All this after starting trade wars with Canada, Mexico, and China. Trump now refers to Canada as a national security threat and the E.U. as an America foe, when it comes to unfair trade practices. And by the way, Donald Trump recently threatened to withdraw from the WTO. With few, if any allies or partners left willing to trust the United States, the American people have never been so isolated. And that's precisely what Vladimir Putin's mission has always been. Isolate the United States and separate the European Union.
Bottom line: If allowed to continue at his current pace of destroying U.S. foreign relations and international partnerships, while fueling the flames of America's racial and ethnic differences, Donald Trump could go down in history as the tool Vladimir Putin used to make Russia great again.
