The President is Crazy. We Get that. But WTF Can be Done About It?

Now that credible sources are publicly discussing the mental competence or lack thereof of the President of the United States, the entire world should be wondering what does this mean? and who is in charge? 

Clearly, the world is under the thumb of a madman and so far, no one has any idea how to handle this crisis. So, until "We the People" can get to the voting booth in November, our only recourse is Viva la Resistance.
